Lincoln West collects your information (‘Personal & Company Information’) if you visit the www.thegrowthhub.me website and wish to register to webinars, in person events, other activities/services, request other information or otherwise communicate with us.
Lincoln West may also hold your Personal & Company Information having received it from a third party or from you by means other than the website. For example, where your Personal & Company Information is passed to us by an association or magazine in order that we may offer our products and services in connection with that association or magazine to you.

Electronic Badges and Lead Scanning
We use badge scanning technology at our in person event(s) for security reasons and to help improve your experience and network effectively with our delegates and sponsors. Everyone attending our events require an official, printed badge. The information displayed will be provided by you during registration – either online or onsite.
You’ll need to allow us to scan your badge to gain entry to the event and other restricted areas. All other badge scanning is optional. You do not have to let anyone else scan your badge. If you allow an exhibitor/sponsor to scan your badge, you’re giving them a copy of some of your registration information, just as if you were handing them a business card.
The exhibitor may use this information to contact you after the event or for other purposes that you agree with them. The exhibitor/sponsor’s use of your information in this situation is subject to your direct relationship with the exhibitor and their own privacy policies.
We use a third-party supplier for badge fulfilment and lead scanning services. They’ll process your information for us, and for the exhibitors/sponsors that you authorise to access your information when they scan your badge.
